个人综合简介：男，群众，博士，讲师，1990年3月生，内蒙古首批“英才兴蒙”工程人才，内蒙古科技大学科炬计划后备人才，中国稀土学会会员。2023年12月在南昌大学稀土研究院获得理学博士学位。2024年5月至今在内蒙古科技大学稀土产业学院工作。博士在读期间参与稀土湿法冶金方向的国家重点研发计划项目子课题2项（2019YFC0605003和2022YFC2905201），稀土配位化学方向国家自然科学基金地区基金1项（52062034）。本人在Chemical Engineering Journal，Small，Inorganic Chemistry和Journal of Rare Earths等国际权威期刊以一作或合作发表SCI论文6篇，授权发明专利1项。多次参加学术交流活动，在南昌国际产学研用会议（2021年和2022年）及中国稀土学会学术年会（2023年和2024年）做线下口头报告。

本人主要从事稀土湿法冶金和稀土配位化学研究，研究方向为稀土矿物分解、稀土光功能材料、稀土功能助剂、新型稀土萃取剂和分离材料的制备与功能化应用。
